Receipt Split

Enter items, price, and their tax rate. Under people, represent each person with a single character (no spaces nor commas). The corresponding item will be split evenly among those people.

Ex: `Coke Zero; 10.00; 0.07; ABC` splits the Coke Zero between A, B, and C.

A report is generated when submit is clicked.
